The GSA manages its own quality program based on customer feedback and moving costs. The result is a score known as the Customer Service Index or CSI rating. Starck Van Lines is proud to be ranked among the leaders in CSI ratings over the past several years.

	We are also currently involved in a pilot program for the Department of Defense known as ‘The Full Service Moving Project’ or FSMP. The vision of the project is “To provide DOD Service Members and their families with services for moving their household goods that are on par with corporate relocations, that will improve the quality of life for Service Members, and that are the best value to the government.” In the first few months of the FSMP program Starck Van Lines quickly rose to the top of the 150 approved carriers holding the # 2 position for much of the summer (The moving industries busiest season). This ranking is also established by customer feedback provided by The Gallop Organization, a well respected polling company! Starck Van Lines is a proud member of the Bekins Family of Agents.
